It is the policy of Fluffy to ensure that all goods to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. It is our policy that we do not exchange or refund goods except where the item is faulty.
Incorrect Items
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our customer services department within 3 days and specify the correct details in writing. We will send you the correct item as soon as possible.
Items Damaged in Transit
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit. Please notify our customer services department within 3 days of taking delivery. We will send you the correct item as soon as possible.
Out of Stock
If suppliers can not provide raw materials or other unavoidable reasons that we can not provide the goods which you have ordered. We reserve the right to cancel the order and will return for a refund. Please note that the original delivery cost won’t be included in your refund.
