Closing Date

Each 10, 20, 30 will be the closing date of the month. All products will produce after each closing date and delivery within 5-7 working days.

Payment Method

We are now only available on FPS and PayMe.

Please note that payment should be finished within 3 hours after the order had made. After the payment had finished, please send us a message of the receipt's copy through WhatsApp.

**Order will be canceled automatically if the payment progress has not finished in 3 hours.

Timed Delivery Options

We are unable to offer a selected delivery time for your delivery, however, if you enter a mobile telephone number on the order, you will receive text message notifications from our courier to notify you of the approximate 1-2 hours delivery time slot on the day. Please note that we have no control over delivery times. If the delivery time is not convenient, you have the option to instruct our courier to leave the parcel in a safe place, any unreceived package will redeliver on a different date.

Please note that any change of address will only accept within 24 hours after the order had made. Any change of address will incur a 24 hour delay whilst the parcel is relabeled. Please note, orders that contain refrigerated items must be collected on the specified collection date to ensure items are in peak condition. We are unable to refund fresh items that are rotten as a result of late collection.

Delivery Duration

Products will delivery within 5-7 working days after the closing date and deliveries made Monday to Saturday.(Hong Kong District only, For other country please contact us)
